Lucia Ciriello-McGinn and Gino, her Jack Russell, are the proud owners of Paw Pals in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire.

Lucia is a big animal lover and has grown up with a host of different pets in her life including horses, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and birds.

She is very experienced in pet care and continues to study pet first aid and small animal care to ensure she can offer your pets the best service possible. So far, Lucia has passed modules in basic health and nursing, preventative healthcare, common pet ailments, managing pet diseases and horse grooming and care, gaining several Distinctions from the Institute of Animal Care and Warwickshire College. Lucia also achieved a Distinction in a professional pet sitting qualification from COAPE - the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology, covering pet first aid, nutrition, behaviour and pet care legislation. 

Lucia is very fit and loves walking, running, horse riding, cycling, so even the most demanding of dogs will not be a problem for her! She also takes a keen interest in dog training, behaviour and agility and she even has an agility course in her beautifully landscaped gardens to keep Gino and his friends occupied!

Lucia has a small animal hotel where rabbits, guinea pigs, mice and gerbils can stay in cosy accommodation. Great for customers who have trouble finding someone to take care of their furry friends!

Lucia is a member of Pet Sitters International, is fully insured and has been granted a full licence for dog boarding from the East Herts Council.
