Welcome to Paw Pals Nottingham!

Nicky Nettleton from Mapperley offers dog walking and pet sitting services throughout Nottingham (with assistance from Alfie, her Goldendoodle and Lara the cat!).

Nicky's passion for animals began over 20 years ago when she worked for Longleat Safari Park, as an animal warden.  Taking care of giraffes, zebras and camels equipped Nicky with the necessary skills to work with pets of all shapes and sizes!

Nicky left her dream job at Longleat to pursue a career in teaching and has spent the past 18 years teaching primary school children.  However, her love for animals never left her and she has always been surrounded by pets including stick insects, gerbils, hamsters, cats and dogs. Nicky responded to an advert for a Paw Pals franchise and has finally returned to her true passion - animals!

Nicky is adept at handling dogs and she and Alfie have been to puppy socialisation and are working their way through the obedience classes at the Nottingham Dog Training Club.

Nicky is CRB checked, fully insured, a member of Pet Sitters International and has a formal pet sitting qualification from COAPE - the Centre of Applied Pet Ethology, covering pet first aid, nutrition, behaviour and pet care legislation. All certificates will be shown during the customer consultation.
