MEET THE DOG WALKING & PET SITTING TEAM
ADY
Since a very early age I have always had an interest and love of animals. We were raised in a home full of all different pets, (dogs, hamsters, Guinea pigs and numerous birds) When the opportunity came for me to become a team member of Paw Pals I was so excited. It gave me the chance to do two things that I have a passion for.
Being out in the open air and being around so many different pets. I have two of my own dogs (Charlie and Bruno) Bruno is a street dog from Romania and I have had to put in a lot of time, love and effort to get him where he is now, a fun loving beautiful dog.
I have a very close relationship with all the dogs I walk and the cats I sit, not forgetting little Max the rabbit. Nicky has been such a help to me and is always on hand to give me advice and mentor me in all aspects of looking after all of our clients’ pets.
NAT
I have always loved animals, we have never been without an animal as part of the family. I love being outdoors and spending my days with so many different characters. It is a very rewarding job – I feel very lucky to have a job that I love and makes me smile every day! I have a Jack Russell cross who always loves to check what dogs he can smell on me when I get home every day!
TREVOR
After 21 years, working as an Occupational Therapist, caring for people and their welfare, I recently made the switch to looking after animals of the mainly 4-legged variety.
I’m now enjoying walking lots of different dogs (and visiting cats) and am getting fit into the bargain. I get to walk in all weathers and it doesn’t get any better than walking in the summer months. I love the company of animals that never complain, who give unconditional affection and bring joy and fun to everything just being themselves!
At the moment I have a cat called Billy, but have had a number of other dogs and cats over the years. I’m still learning the natures of many different dogs and my family and I hope to have a dog again sometime in the future.

After 30 years pounding the beat for Notts Police and retiring, I soon realised I missed the open air and that feeling of being out in all weathers. When the opportunity came to join the team at Paw Pals, I jumped at the chance. And the big bonus of walking with some loving happy dogs to keep me company. Due to recent allergies from family members, all pets are banned from my house. Having previously owned a Retriever, a Springer Spaniel and Dalmatian, the lack of a dog in the house was too much to miss. So I’ve now got the best of both worlds. To see the excitement of the dogs when you collect them is heart-warming.
