"We first contacted Jackie between Xmas & New year asking for one day's care. She happily came to meet the dogs even though it was last minute. Our dogs are rescues & George in particular had a very bad start in life so they are very fearful of strangers & usually cling to us. However, as soon as they met Jackie they were besotted with her-she really has a gift. We explained their past & she got tearful when we explained how George was treated as a puppy, then she was horrified explaining she felt she was being unprofessional. We were reassured as it reinforced just how much she cares about animals.
On the day she dog-sat she texted us to let us know they were OK & when we returned home we found 2 sleepy, happy dogs who hadn't even noticed we'd left them. Though we don't use them often we highly recommend this team. Two thumbs up for a 5* service. Many Thanks for the peace of mind."
