David and wife Tammy, along with their ever-hungry yet loving cats, Cookie and Sooty, welcome you to Paw Pals Cheshire East. They provide dog walking, pet sitting and dog care in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas.
An Experienced Cat Sitting and Pet Care Duo
David has spent over 7 years working as a teacher in both England and Singapore, where he met Tammy. Despite being a rewarding career in its own right, it was his passion for animals that finally swayed his decision to take on an all new challenge and join Paw Pals Cheshire to provide cat sitting services as well as dog walking.
Tammy moved to the UK in 2013 and has an extensive work history which includes a background in marketing communications, being a flight attendant, as well as working in schools alongside children and youths. Eventually her love for animals and furry creatures led her onto the path of a career with Paw Pals, just like David.
Together, David and Tammy have extensive experience with pets of all shapes and sizes; David has grown up surrounded by cats all his life whereas Tammy grew up with dogs and rabbits. In 2010, they adopted a pair of rescue cats, Cookie and Sooty, from SPCA Singapore and brought them along to the UK with them in 2013.
Your Local Dog Walking and Pet Sitting Experts
David and Tammy are enthusiastic to further their knowledge of pet care. They have both completed a Pet First Aid Course and David has completed his Pet Home Sitting and Dog Walking qualification, accredited by the Cambridge Institute of Dog Behaviour and Training. Both of them are police checked, and are fully insured to look after your pets and home. They are also members of the Pet Industry Federation.
Original, one off and exclusive paintings of your pets…
“We are both professionally trained artists and worked in creative fields for many years prior to joining Paw Pals.
Each of our commissioned portraits are hand-painted in watercolour on high-quality 300gsm watercolour paper and are based upon a photograph submitted by the client to a size of their choosing. As pet owners ourselves, and having worked with animals for many years, we are fully aware of how each pet is uniquely different, with their own personality traits and idiosyncrasies. With this in mind, we do try to capture each pet’s personality in every portrait we produce.
Although based on photographs, we can adapt, edit and make alterations to our portraits until we fully meet a client’s expectations and requirements and they are fully satisfied with the end result.
Whether big or small, furry, feathery or even scaly, we are confident that you will love the portrait that we produce for you, commemorating your special friend for years to come.”
