Brian welcomes you to all things pets at Paw Pals East Surrey.
With a lifetime fascination of the natural world, Brian’s childhood heroes were related to animals; wanting to be the next Gerald Durrell, giving life to endangered species or a 20th century Charles Darwin, travelling the globe discovering new flora and fauna!
Brian grew up looking after everything from locusts to guinea pigs, terrapins and snakes, which led to his first dream job at London Zoo. Sadly, the rare highlights of cleaning the wombat or lemur enclosures or trying to catch the escaped Tazmanian devil were somewhat outweighed by the drudgery of chopping oranges and cabbages.
EXPERIENCED PET SITTER, COVERING REDHILL, REIGATE AND SURROUNDS.
Brian retreated to the rat race, working for magazines in London and San Francisco, where he remained for the next 20 years. But his compulsion to work with animals and run his own business drew him to Paw Pals and a new life as a pet sitter. Brian’s experience also extends to cattle and sheep, being a volunteer shepherd for the National Trust, getting involved with hoof clipping and ear tagging as well as the eventful feeding times!
Previously owning 2 cats, Frank and Ernest both with medical issues, needing daily medication and insulin injections, you can have peace of mind should you have any poorly pets.
